Our Sales Associates:

  • Provide a great shopping experience by greeting every customer and introducing the Skechers brand
  • Sell our great products to customers by explaining their features and benefits and recommending footwear and accessories that meet and exceed their desires
  • Prevent losses and delight customers by demonstrating accuracy and integrity in every transaction
  • Treat the shop as if it were their own, making sure the floor is always well stocked, spotlessly clean, priced correctly to our high standards
  • They work with precision and a tight pace to process shipments, receive, clean andfill the store on time
  • Ensure their positive energy and enthusiasm for people is shared with every client and team member every day
  • Follow policy and procedures as well as best operating practices to ensure a healthy, safe and profitable business

Core skills for Sales Associates:

  • Be able to multitask while maintaining excellent customer service levels
  • Prevent losses by never losing focus and always ensuring customer service is proactive, accurate and reliable
  • Preferably already have retail/customer service experience in a team orientated environment
  • Be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing in English (or other relevant language)
  • Have basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
