ASPRIA VISION & OBJECTIVE


Aspria is a collection of Clubs, a prestigious and award-winning group that brings together the best private sports clubs, wellness clubs dedicated to the family, hotels and SPA centers throughout Europe.

The large "collection" extends from Brussels, Berlin, Hamburg and Hanover to Milan.


The Aspria Group is characterized by a high quality offer, with personalized services to meet the needs of each member.


The first Aspria Club was inaugurated in Brussels in 2001, today, with its 8 Clubs, SPAs and hotels, it serves over 35,000 members.


The Group is now launching a new Club in Rome with a new brand of "clubs for everyone', which maintains the same mission of well-being and health as Aspria, addressing a wider public with an extra touch of freshness and dynamism.


MISSION


As a member of the Technical Team, you will be an ambassador for the excellent service and quality of our Members and Family Clubs, both externally and internally.

Your friendly, personable manner and expert knowledge of our club offerings will make our guests, members and staff feel comfortable and cared for.


The main responsibility of the job holder is to ensure that members and guests are provided with an optimal and efficient service throughout the sports area and that the established Aspria standards are maintained.

In this regard, the job holder is also responsible for the daily repair and maintenance tasks under the supervision of the Facilities Manager Italy.

Working in a team is just as important as thinking and working independently.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • The job holder will be responsible for the technical maintenance, servicing and proper functioning of all energy and building services installations, such as the ventilation, heating, electronics, water installations, outdoor facilities, etc.
  • Carrying out minor maintenance tasks and repairs
  • Ensuring functionality and cleanliness in all technical facilities
  • You are responsible for the supervision of external service providers
  • Coordination and assurance of daily business in consultation with GM, FM and external companies.
  • Be the point of contact for club employees, members and maintenance contractors for any maintenance specific query and/or issue.

Management tasks

  • Where the works to be undertaken are outsourced, undertake responsibility to manage the outsourced provider
  • Responsible for adherence to key operational areas such as health and safety, statutory compliance, emergency procedures, and service partner and/or supplier performance throughout the club.
  • Undertake and report on progress of fabric maintenance issues to the Facilities Manager Italy on a weekly basis
  • Ensure company processes and systems are deployed and used correctly at each club.
  • Provide a passionate customer focus within all areas of maintenance operational activities and ensure that effective relationships are maintained with key stakeholders, suppliers and contractors.

Performance and planning

  • Ensure weekly reporting is produced to Facilities Manager Italy on time identifying variations to budgets and measures to bridge any gap.
  • Ensure all maintenance equipment is maintained to the appropriate standard.
  • Ensure any outsourced subcontractors perform to the highest levels and that performance reviews are regularly undertaken including regular meetings with service supplier and subcontractor managers.
  • Ensure necessary health and safety compliance is achieved at the clubs in line with Aspria policy, and that all statutory and company reporting procedures are met.
  • Promote and maintain good internal relations providing information as necessary on a day to day basis and for regular meetings, workshops, events etc.
  • Ensure the highest standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times, in all back of house, store areas, and any other areas of the club related to maintenance as required or deemed appropriate by the Facilities Manager Italy and General Manager.
  • Ensure full compliance with quality assurance and industry best practice in all working procedures.
  • Ensure full compliance with Aspria standard working procedures, and internal policies and procedures at all times.

Financial budget control

  • Support the Facilities Manager Italy in working to the agreed annual fabric maintenance budget, where necessary input into the establishment of the annual maintenance budget in coordination with the Facilities Manager Italy.
  • Assist the Facilities Manager Italy in ensuring any extra works are identified, quoted and executed in a timely manner.

Health and safety

  • Ensure that all works comply with current health and safety legislation and safe working practices, including service suppliers and/or supply chain partners.
