Description:


Theroleis part of theFacility & Maintenance Department, providingtechnical ability to manage complex projects related to the important site equipment park (press machines, welding technology, motor production...), the site core technology content (SS technology, Motor Production technology) and the site overall sustainability impact.

Principal Responsibilities:
TPM strategy for the site in order to maximize OEE and productivity Identify, structure and lead cost reduction project related with the Controllable Cost buckets of the site Identify, structure and lead sustainability and ergonomic improvement projects for the site Key Competencies:
