Teacher of Physics
St George's British International School is seeking an experienced Teacher of Physics to join our
to teach across age and ability levels including Year 7 and Year 8 Science, Year 9 Physics, IGCSE
Physics and IB Physics, at both Higher level and Standard level.

Duties and Responsibilities

Teaching and Learning

To deliver Science teaching in Years 7 and 8 and specialist Physics teaching to Years 9 to 13

as required by the Head of Department

Physics (Higher level)

To engage andmotivate pupils to strive for the highest performance
Use tracking andmonitoring to advance student learning
To keep abreast of new curriculum thinking, teaching methods and examination syllabuses

and implement the National Curriculum, IGCSE and IB syllabuses as appropriate and
according to the policies of the Department, in discussion with the Head of Department
