Your contribution/mission
You will be part of the Group Finance and you will support the industrial special projects.

Due to the wide range of activities and the different Group finance and business stakeholders involved in the project, you will manage all the aspects of plant managing control, such as plants managing control and over/under absorption indirect expenses analysis, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) variances analysis versus the budget assumptions.

You will work with local colleagues to analyse efficiency/inefficiency of the plants, production variances and KPI; you will implement harmonized procedures across the Group and you will support the Tech Transfer colleagues with the business case evaluation for new products or moving of activities between production sites or between internal/external production source.

Your profile

You have a commercial and/or technical degree (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.) and at least 10 years of plant controlling / cost accounting experience preferably in pharmaceuticals companies.

Your English is fluent and you are are possibly able to work in a matrix organization and manage remote teams in different countries, you have good knowledge of cost accounting principles

You are proficient in using Ms Office 365- SAP FI/CO and IFRS would be a plus.

With your analytical and "continuous improvement" mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills, you are able to synthetize and properly communicate complex topics and dynamics to senior management.
