What you'll do:

If you get energized seeing people develop and grow, join this fast-paced and innovative organization as a Human Resources Business Partner Consumer Experience Product Line Food Preservation.

You have a problem-solving approach from a business-first perspective, and relate to what creates an outstanding experience for our consumers and what impacts profitability.

You will act as a couch for managers on leadership, culture, engagement, and delivery capability, implement the people plan objectives, and build a future-ready organization.

In detail, you will:

Partner with Food Preservation leaders on all organizational levels in Italy, supporting them with people and organizational development matters.
Implement the CX People Plan for Food Preservation
Lead initiatives to enable a highperforming learning organization mainly in areas of leadership and team development, functional competence, career development, change management, and diversity and inclusion.
Identify, mentor, and grow the talent pipeline.
Codevelop, drive, and administrate the internal communication channels to drive engagement, transparency, and effective information and knowledge sharing.
Codrive initiatives to further strengthen our ONE R&D Community through inspiration, engagement, and collaborationenabling activities.

Qualifications:

University degree in business or a related field
HR Business Partnering or related experience, preferably in a multinational, matrix organization.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how the business agenda drives people imperatives and future organizational needs.
A team player with the ability to take initiative, share, and gather opinions and perspectives to reach the preferred solution.
High levels of resourcefulness and resilience to drive execution (strategy through implementation)
Structured selfleadership with a high level of accountability and autonomy to drive the implementation of prioritized HR/organizational initiatives and operational tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English
