JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

Project or Service management: proven track record as project, service manager or team leader experienced in global HCM projects is mandatory. IT certification is a plus (ex. ITIL, PMI, etc.)
SAP HCM experience on MD, OM is mandatory; SAP HCM experience on TM and Pay is a plus
Success Factors background in any modules is a plus
Background experience in integration between SAP and third parties systems is a plus
ABAP knowledge is a plus
ALE/IDOC knowledge is a plus

NETWORK OF INTERACTION:

INTERNAL:
HR functions central and local, HR IS corporate team, other IT teams central and local

EXTERNAL:
Third parties system integrator, SAP and Concur sotware consultants

TECHNICAL SKILLS

At least 4/5 years of experience in IT HR integration project or service management
Team player, ability to work in a complex and dynamic multicultural environment and under pressure.
Organizational skills: evaluate impacts of changes, identify risks and solutions.
Very good experience with SAP HCM MD and OM modules
Good experience with SF software packages
Good experience in HCM project or service management

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Educational Background: Economics Science, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Strong credibility, Able to think strategically and to act operationally
Highly flexible and openminded
Proactive with a natural way of influencing, both internally and externally, technically and functionally
Highly selfmotivated, ambitious and energetic
Good team player and consensus builder with distinctive problem solving and change management capabilities
Good oral and written communication and good listening skills, with a customer service orientation
Ability to work under pressure, as and when required
Open to travel as and when necessary
