About Our Client:

With a strong focus on quality and sustainability, the company offers a diverse range of products in various sectors such as construction, industry, agriculture, and landscaping.

Mapping current business processes to streamline them or implement new ones while ensuring operational efficiency and maximizing productivity;
Supervising all operational activities of the company, including production processes, logistics, procurement, quality, and distribution;
Developing and leading a team of operations professionals, providing leadership, support, and guidance. Fostering a collaborative and motivating work environment to achieve company objectives;
Monitoring operational costs closely and implementing strategies to optimize resource allocation. Identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to reduce costs without compromising quality or operational effectiveness;
Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards within company operations. Developing and implementing procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and employee safety;
Conducting indepth analysis of operational performance and preparing regular reports for senior management. Using data to identify trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities;

The Successful Applicant:

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
Proven experience of at least 15 years in operational leadership roles in industrial companies;
Excellent leadership and personnel management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams;
Strong analytical skills and problemsolving abilities;
Excellent knowledge of supply chain management, production, and logistics principles;
Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with other functional teams;
Resultsoriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
Thorough knowledge of safety and environmental regulations.
