- Discuss forecast with suppliers, address concerns, and escalate issues as needed.
- Act as a key contact for DC service team, Interface Management teams, and Finance and Accounting teams.
- Control, validate, and approve invoices from the service provider.
- Create and manage POs for Campus South and oversee replenishment process.
- Monitor operational KPIs, explain deviations from targets, and collaborate with stakeholders to address issues.
- Validate contractual SLAs with suppliers and ensure reporting is in place.
- Participate in performance management review meetings and challenge 3PL if needed.
- Collect and manage DC Data, measure KPIs, and create meaningful dashboards.
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, SAP AFS, and WMS functions.
- Strong BI-tool knowledge, data modeling skills, and understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills with a logistics mindset.
- Reliable working style with a high level of accountability.
- College or university degree in Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2 years progressive experience in Transport/Logistics/Supply Chain.
