Airport Services Supervisor Milan Malpensa Airport

  • Minimum 4 years experience in Passenger Services, Ramp Services, Reservations and Weight & Balance, environment affiliated with Airport checkin and Handling Aircraft.
  • Qualifications in Passenger Services, Baggage Services, Cargo, Weight & Balance, Reservations & Ticketing.
  • Ability to supervise and control all processes related to aircraft and passenger handling
  • Implementation of action plan according to company policy and regulations
  • Ensure on time flight departure and customer satisfaction
  • Computer literate
  • Italian/English language proficiency both written and spoken
  • Ready to work early/late shifts, public holidays and weekends
  • Right to live and work in Italy
