Qomodo e' una fintech, composta da un team proveniente dalle principali ventures italiane e straniere VC-backed come Rocket Internet, Delivery Hero, Sum Up, Amazon, Dash e Credimi.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
  • Understand clients' business objectives and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
  • Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and customer satisfaction
  • Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in the financial services industry
  • Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Proactive approach to problemsolving and strong attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic
