Qomodo e' una fintech, composta da un team proveniente dalle principali ventures italiane e straniere VC-backed come Rocket Internet, Delivery Hero, Sum Up, Amazon, Dash e Credimi.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Understand clients' business objectives and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs
- Identify upselling opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to maximize revenue
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance and customer satisfaction
- Resolve any client issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential risks or opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or relevant role in the financial services industry
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment products and services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and strong attention to detail
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong work ethic
