Vicenza.

As a
General Manager, you are in love with hospitality and you're eager to manage our marvellous property.

Your responsibilities include:

Drive the team and supervise all operational departments in order to meet and exceed guest expectations.
Provide effective leadership to the hotel team to ensure targets are met and exceeded while maintaining high engagement and motivation.
Ensure that costs are controlled throughout the operational departments and results are analyzed regularly to identify opportunities and drive appropriate actions to achieve efficiencies.
Monitor auditing activities on the hotel to ensure compliance and continuous improvement is achieved.
Ensures full compliance with Starhotels Service Standards and constantly provides his insights to improve/develop them.
Develop meaningful and achievable hotel budgets and other short and long term hotel strategic goals.

Exceed expectations revealing:

A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
Previous experience in the role.
Substantial background in Food and Beverage or Rooms Division Management. Both would be great
Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results.
Strong leadership skills and an inclusive style.
Excellent standing and communication skills.
Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
