Merchant Operations Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
As a key player in our Operations Team, your role is crucial in enhancing Satispay's position as the premier payment system.
Working under the guidance of the Head of Merchant Operations, you will primarily focus on the following exciting activities:- Crossteam project management: contribute to shaping the future of our operations and merchant management processes, working closely with Key Account Management, Business Development, and Tech teams;
- Lead a
Dynamic Team:
manage a talented team responsible for various business lines, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment;
- Drive Business Goals: achieve business objectives by developing and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Performance Monitoring: regularly monitor and report on process performance, highlighting improvements in key metrics to ensure continual growth;
- Automation and
Project Oversight:
build, oversee, and manage automated flows. Develop and maintain a list of ongoing Process Improvement projects, tracking progress and ensuring timely completion.

- 2+ years of experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience in people management and workforce coordination;
- Strong analytical, oral communication, and technical writing abilities in both Italian and English;
- A mindset geared towards continuous improvement and a drive to enhance processes;
- A Positive Attitude, an open mind, an eagerness to learn, and a proactive approach to tasks.
You are:
- A team player: the ability to work independently and collaboratively in group settings;
- A proactive problem solver: you can identify and analyze problems, proposing effective solutions that meet merchant needs;
- A techsavvy: strong computer skills, especially with CRM tools.
Logistic & Salary
The role is based in Milan with a hybrid work policy.
We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
