A bachelors degree in Industrial-Mechanical engineering or equivalent Technical Institute Diploma.

  • Credibility, loyalty, trust, and commitment.
  • Goaloriented mindset, proactive approach, and great communication skills.
  • The ability to influence consultants and end users in their technical projects choice.
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package.
  • Fluency in Italian & English language (oral,reading and writing).
  • The ability to work under pressure, whilst ensuring deadlines are met

Nice to have:
previous experience in a Sales department, better if in the thermomechanical field. What we offer

  • You will be responsible for establishing an ongoing partnership with the consultants, end users mentors estimators and Sales Agents.
  • Manage proposals together with Area Sales Managers and Sales Agents ensuring that customer needs are satisfied and that the proposals are in line with market needs.
  • Validate assumptions made during promotion meeting and builds a detailed cost estimate and scope of work.
  • Prepare proposals and other consultants communications documents.
  • Provide risk analysis for the complete solution.
  • Develop and maintain relationship with consultants, sales agents and customers.
  • Assist in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolve.
  • Work with appropriate sales team to develop understanding of customer requirements, critical area and needs.
  • Review estimate with appropriate operations & sales team to get mutual agreement on estimate.
  • Involve Marketing Products if necessary, to better align the offer to customers needs.
  • Own the full Hitachi proposition to consultants by continuously optimizing the link between consultants operation and our business objectives, needs, requirements and the Hitachi solutions in order to provider a total value solution and competitive advantage.
