Responsibilities:


  • Actively engage with business and technical decision makers to drive intent, enablement, and usage of customerowned Microsoft Exchange Solutions
  • Identify resolutions to issues blocking customer success projects

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Solid experience in Exchange administration, preferably in a largescale environment
  • Ability to guide a customer from competitor solutions to O365 Exchange Online
  • Multiyear experience in a customerfacing role in information technology (IT)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problemsolving skills
  • Fluency in both written and verbal English & Italian languages is required
Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with other Microsoft technologies, such as Sharepoint, Azure and Teams
  • Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: Certification in one or more of the following technologies preferred: O365 fundamentals, Exchange or Sharepoint
