YellowSquare is looking for aCluster Sales & Revenue manager for the Square in Rome.
YellowSquare is a leader in the hospitality sector and hostels located in Rome, Milan and Florence.

Responsibilities
- Report to the CIO
- Chief Innovation Officer and work closely with the General Managers of the Square (Hostel) and the Sales Department
- Analyze trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive set
- Maximize total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation
- Provide weekly insight about revenue performance of your area to all stakeholders
- Forecast demand per market segment for your area and provide supporting commentary to the management
- Produce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing plan
- Manage the overbooking strategies for your area to maximize occupancy levels
- Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solution
- Liaise with your colleagues from ecommerce, distribution and marketing to drive additional business
- Be commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners for YellowSquare
- Take the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions
- Knows room types available as well as their locations and layout.
- Knows selling status, rates, and benefits of all packages plans.
- Knows the credit policy of the hostel and how to code each reservation.
- Keep an update manual for receptions for reservation modifications
- Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the front desk.
- Make sure that files and CRM are kept up to date.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management
- Knowledgeable of revenue management theory
- Knowledgeable of the global travel and accommodation market
- You are highly passionate about data, with a keen eye for detail and a handson mentality: you are not afraid of taking full ownership of a project from the ground up.
- Excellent attention to small details
- Advanced Excel Skills and other presentations tools
- Strong technical and analytical background with the love to dig deeper into the data until you can tell a compelling story with your insights.
- Passionate about challenges
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English. Other languages will be appreciated
- Technically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems; e.g. Property Management Systems, Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office products
- Good knowledge of Data Visualization tools like Looker Studio, Tableau and GA4 analytics
- Good knowledge of campaign tool like ADwords
