Area Talent Acquisition Manager - Southern Europe at
Belmond you are part of a team that attracts brilliant talent to our portfolio of luxury hotels and corporate office in Milan.

Working with iconic properties such as Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Hotel Splendido in Portofino or the Grand Hotel Time in Taormina you will recruit a variety of roles and partner with the senior management team and the Global Talent Acquisition team.

What you will do

Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe
Act as an Employer brand Champion attracting topclass talent and influencing hiring trends, implementing best practice to activate our new EVP
Create initiatives to support volume hiring such as; Pipelining, Career Fairs, EVP activation,
Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions
Identify & maintain relationships with external partners; Education, Industry, LVMH group to attract diverse talent
Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and timetohire

Requirements:

What you will Bring

Talent Acquisition / Recruitment specialist with demonstrated experience in recruiting multiple roles ideally in a multisite environment
Prior experience in activating Employer Brand initiatives / an understanding of best practices
Social Media / Technology savvy
Strong communicator/presenter capable of representing the Belmond brand to a variety of external stakeholders
Fluent in Italian and English any additional languages beneficial
Strong influencer capable of partnering with senior leaders across Hotels & Corporate
Prior experience in Hospitality, Retail, FMCG (any multisite organisation) advantageous
