- Check the cleanliness and fuel level of vehicles returned by customers to direct them to the appropriate areas;
- Vacuum and clean the inside and outside of vehicles, inspecting them visually for any finishes and washing the upholstery as needed;
- Clean the dedicated washing area at the facility and the dry wash area on the multiple floors;
- Move vehicles within the facility yard, position them in the washing tunnel, park them in designated spaces on the multiple floors, and register them;
- Place electric vehicles (EV) in the charging areas and verify completion before preparation;
- Refuel vehicles and complete the Vehicle Condition Report (VCR);
- Perform daily inventory of vehicles following SOX procedures;
- Check the stock of baby seats daily and clean them;
- Organize the snow chain stock in the relevant season;
- Check the status of provided equipment and report the need for regular and/or extraordinary maintenance to the supervisor (vacuums, water hoses, nozzles, brushes, pressure washers, etc);
- Quantitatively and qualitatively check the level of washing products/equipment weekly (soap, wax, windshield washer fluid, perfume, etc) and consumables (paper, disposable gloves, microfiber cloths, etc);
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in carrying out the above daily activities;
- Shuttle cars from the facility to the airport;
- Experience in driving vehicles of different types and sizes, including automatic and manual cars;
- Valid driver's license;
- Courteous and professional attitude;
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills;
- Teamwork and customer-oriented mindset;
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy objects;
- Flexibility to work outdoors and with flexible hours;
- Strong organizational skills in delivering washed vehicles to customers within specified timeframes.
