PosizionePer la sede di Borgosesia siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Supplier Accountant da inserire nell'area amministrativa nel ciclo passivo.
Il candidato si occuperà, a titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, delle seguenti attività :
- garantire la registrazione di fatture passive, prima nota e contabilità fornitori;
- assicurare la gestione anagrafica e l'archiviazione;
- assicurare supporto alla rilevazione delle scritture contabili relative ai movimenti bancari;
- effettuare la predisposizione delle riconciliazioni mensili;
- supportare il responsabile dell'area nella gestione della documentazione per le attività di revisione contabile;
- gestire i rapporti con le altre funzioni dell'area finance e con altri dipartimenti aziendali;
- garantire l'ottimizzazione, implementazione e monitoraggio di manuali, processi e procedure dell'attività.
Profilo
- Laurea in discipline economiche e / o diploma in ragioneria
- Almeno 4 anni di esperienza maturati in contesti strutturati, la provenienza dal settore lusso o retail è considerata un plus
- Conoscenza approfondita di SAP
- Buone capacità di utilizzo del pacchetto Office e posta elettronica
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese e preferibilmente una seconda lingua (Francese o tedesco)
- Flessibilità e proattività
- Propensione al lavoro in team
- Approccio strutturato e attitudine all'efficienza
