Gorgonzola hosts Navigations Air Systems (NAS) domain.


The activity of NAS domain:

avionics, navigation and radar systems for civil air traffic and technologies supporting the activities of civilian and military pilots, ATC controllers and technicians of several airlines, air traffic control agencies and Air Force around the world.

Italy is the Group's Competence center for the design, production and delivery of Navigation Aids products and Competence Centre for the delivery of non-Radar Surveillance Products.


Main tasks:

  • Responsible for Spares & repairs offers and orders
  • Manage customer orders from A-Z; from purchase order to payment and delivery
  • Track and update NAS customers' order book
  • Accountable for Spares & Repairs customer communication channels
  • Monthly KPI based on open and closed orders
Detailed tasks description and responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Spares & repairs Specialist
  • Prepare offers through our preapproved general price list
  • Prepare offers through the bid team
  • Update and follow up on all pending offers with the bid team by using our Dashboard tool
  • Send the completed offers to our worldwide customers
  • Responsible for customers' orders in the domain of Airspace Mobility Solutions (NAVAIDS and Non-Radar Surveillance)
  • Creation of new and continued spares projects through paperless with all the required documents
  • Manage our proactive order book management (POBM) for all customers' orders
  • Communicate any delivery delay to our customers
  • Communicate the shipping status of their orders
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on delivery deadline
  • Preparing the monthly KPI through our ERP system

Education:


  • Engineering Degree or Business Deg

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in customer support
  • Excellent knowledge of business administration and contract management
  • Very good language skills in English, spoken and written
  • Other languages are an advantage
  • Good experience in payment terms and delivery incoterms

Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent in Business English writing
  • Independence and creativity in solving problems
  • Results orientation
  • Ability in dealing with international customers
