Mission:


Job Description:


  • Ensure guest satisfaction, supporting them from information requests to all stages of booking.
  • Handle guest requests courteously, promptly, empathetically, and efficiently, from agencies and all partners.
  • Manage requests based on the Group's brand standards.
  • Personalize services according to guests' needs and desires.
  • Enter reservations from various channels into the system, carefully verifying all data accuracy and payment methods.
  • Accommodate special requests and properly note them in the system, facilitating communication and information exchange between departments.
  • Regularly check incoming reservations and update operational systems with additional information.

Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position, in luxury segment hotels


Advanced knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English


Preferably familiar with Opera PMS, MARSHA, and Protel


Detail-oriented and guest relationship-oriented


Empathy, motivation, and flexibility


Excellent communication skills


Job Classification:


Fixed-term contract National Collective Bargaining Agreement Commerce level 4


Employment Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term
