What you'll be doing day to day:
Engaging at every encounter Making every IKEA experience - virtual and real - fun, easy, enjoyable, inspiring, rewarding and relevant, by responding to what people really need and want in order to live their dream of a better everyday life.
So many optionsGuided by your company tutor and working alongside your team, you will provide support in the following activities:
- Act as a member of the Selling team and proactively contribute to Selling plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals;
- Implement global IKEA sales tactics in the stores, as well as contribute to develop new local sales approaches and tactics;
- Document local best practices to share knowledge, competence and information with other stores and Ingka markets;
- Contribute to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the selling function in order to contribute to the business goals.
