Our production platform centres around five countries including Italy, Poland, Mexico, India and China and makes us the outright leaders in the world in the sector of hoods and among the leaders in Europe in the design, production and distribution of electric motors for hoods and heating system boilers.


Posizione:

**THE IMPACT: S/He facilitates the integration between the Global Product marketing area and the Commercial areas.

**MAIN ACTIVITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES: - Support the formalization of the product-side market needs by analyzing marketing and sales data in collaboration with the Product Marketing area and with the local Marketing organizations;

  • Collaborate to build the material for products display and communication;
  • Support the extension range coding according to the needs reported by the local Branches;
  • Participate in the process of defining products "Phase-In" and "Phase-Out" by analyzing marketing, sales and logistic data;
  • Participate in the process of defining the product lineup of individual countries or market areas in collaboration with B2C sales department;
  • Participate in the products price positioning process of the products;
  • Support the definition of a sales price list proposal by country or market area, through the analysis of the Value Chain;
  • Collaborate on product standardization with the aim of optimizing the number of SKUs (Stock Keeping Units).

Requisiti:


  • Master's degree in Business, Management Engineering or equivalent
  • Italian native speaker; fluent in written and spoken English
  • Good knowledge of Office Suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Strong Interpersonal & communication skills
  • Precision and good time management
  • Previous experience (thesis or internship) in similar activities will be considered a plus
