Posizione:

POSITION PURPOSE

Ensures a high technological standard in the installation and modification of plant systems and infrastructures, in line with the budget

(investments and expenses) and current legislation.

Ensures timeliness in the execution of all maintenance and repair operations in order to allow compliance with production schedules.

POSITION NATURE & SCOPE

Ensures overall equipment efficiency (OEE), optimising the overall cost of maintenance in accordance with the budget.
Ensures the development and adequacy of plant and equipment in relation to safety and environmental legislation.
Establishes, in agreement with the Plant Manager, the company's investment plan in relation to the company's strategic development plans.
Implements the investment plan on plant and machinery, ensuring its implementation timing and compliance with the planned costs, while

ensuring correspondence of the new equipment with applicable legislation.

Ensures the availability and adequacy of the company's utilities through production plant management.

Key Accountabilities

Improves plant and machinery performance by reducing both losses due to faults and malfunctions as well as problems causing damage and

downgrades of the material produced.

Monitors the critical parts of plant and also monitors its proper functioning through scheduled maintenance activities.
Performs and ensures performance according to good practice of the necessary interventions in the case of faults, coordinating maintenance

personnel in compliance with safety procedures.

Oversees compliance with the budgeted maintenance costs with particular attention to of spare parts management.
Ensures emergency activities, coordinating personnel and external contractors.
Ensures the efficiency of maintenance equipment (diagnostic equipment)

Company Procedures) as regards personnel.

Analyses critical areas of plant (risk analysis) and consequently defines the necessary spare parts.
Monitors the effectiveness and efficiency of preventive maintenance plans.
Defines and implements scheduled maintenance plans. Collaborates with production to improve functional integration and facilitate the

integrated "maintenance-production" system

Defines the managerial and technical tools for maintenance management (in particular information system) and ensures their development
Studies and promotes standardization of components used on machinery.
Plans, together with the Personnel function, development of the professional skills of resources involved in the maintenance process
Manages outsourced maintenance contracts in collaboration with the Purchasing Manager
Collaborates in achieving the standards envisaged by the plant certifications ISO 9001/TS, ISO 14000 and OHSAS 1800
In an emergency assumes the role of Emergency Manager and "Crisis Unit Manager":
Intervenes and coordinates the emergency team, evaluating the safety measures and interventions to be put in place, as well as the resources

to be deployed.

Coordinates the intervention of the Fire Brigade.
Collaborates in the management and implementation of the plant's fixed and mobile fire equipment.
In agreement with HSE, collaborates in:
Drafting and reviewing the emergency plan scenarios;
Organising fire and emergency drills;
Identifying PPE
Managing the Plant Fire Register

Key Challenges:

Promote the Petronas Cultural Beliefs in order to create a new organisational culture oriented to winning as a team.

In accordance with the guidelines and instructions of the Plant Manager, contributes to the development of the Maintenance Team for implementation of the program aimed at becoming one of the top 5 oil lubricants companies.
