Greentalent, recruiter specialized in search and selection of professionals and managers in the Energy, Engineering and Environment market, on behalf of a multinational company, leader in designing and manufacturing of highly-engineered equipment for chemical, oil&gas, and power industries, is looking for a:

Project Manager

Main tasks:

Responsible for execution of projects related to supply of Compressor Systems from order placement up to effective handover for operation to client;
Leading multifunctional project teams, consisting of various roles and responsibilities, across the whole organization;
Responsible for overall scope of supply, in particular responsibility for; delivering the assigned projects on time, onbudget, and with the required quality;
Responsible for project risk management, planning, expediting and progress reporting externally and internally;
Supervise and assign tasks to project members and coordinate all project activities;
Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive customer relationship;
Define the internal reporting rhythm and procedure with PEs and other functions;
Proactive identification and conclusion of upselling opportunities;
Consistent claim management and ensuring that billing is properly undertaken and payments are collected on time;
Supporting Sales Engineers during the offer phase in complex cases.
At least 3 years' experience in similar business;
Knowledge of rotating equipment and/or related processes would be beneficial;
Fluent in Italian and English.
