What we are looking for

  • Ensure materials are delivered to sites in a timely manner as per customer' criteria
  • Lead time control for production and order repair processes
  • Collaborate with manufacturers to assure flowless communication and prompt problem solving
  • Ensure that processes are efficient and accurate (complaints, production orders, repair orders)
  • Improve the Purchasing processes and support performance excellence
  • Support shops for the management processes of repair orders and all related problems (spare parts codes, repair price, quotation, serial number inconsistencies)
  • Support the management of the local master data (product master data, sales and purchase price lists, supply chain attributes)

What you'll need

  • 35 years of experience working in Customer Service
  • Strong team player
  • Customer oriented approach, proactive and problem solver attitude
  • English knowledge B2
