Program Manager - Industria Materie Plastiche - zona Torino
Siamo alla ricerca di un Program Manager per conto di una prestigiosa societ italiana leader nella produzione di soluzioni in policarbonato per larchitettura , con sedi in Italia, Germania, Stati Uniti, Turchia, Grecia ed India.
Responsabilit ed Attivit: Nello specifico la risorsa sar responsabile della direzione generale, del coordinamento, dell'implementazione, dell'esecuzione, del controllo e del completamento di progetti specifici, assicurando la coerenza con la strategia, gli impegni e gli obiettivi aziendali.
La risorsa sar responsabile della pianificazione, dell'esecuzione e del completamento di progetti in modo tempestivo e all'interno del budget assegnato. Sar il punto di contatto principale per tutti gli enti interni e esterni e dovr garantire una comunicazione chiara e efficace durante tutto il ciclo di vita del progetto. Le principali attivit saranno le seguenti: Pianificazione e Gestione del Progetto: Definire chiaramente gli obiettivi del progetto, sviluppare piani dettagliati, assegnare risorse e monitorare costantemente lo stato di avanzamento e pi nel dettaglio: Coordinare il team tecnico aziendale sia di progettazione che di R&D assegnando compiti specifici e garantendo che ciascun membro sia consapevole dei propri compiti e delle scadenze Monitorare l'utilizzo delle risorse, garantendo che siano allocate in modo efficiente per massimizzare i risultati del progetto Coordinare i progetti di ricerca ed innovazione Mantenere una comunicazione chiara e regolare con gli stakeholder, fornendo aggiornamenti periodici sullo stato del progetto e affrontando eventuali problemi in modo tempestivo Implementare un sistema di programmazione delle commesse per il migliore time to market Gestione delle riunioni prodotto e di avanzamento progetti Valutare costantemente le prestazioni del progetto rispetto agli obiettivi prefissati e apportare le necessarie correzioni di rotta Assicurare la consuntivazione delle commesse e fornire una reportistica sulle attivit in corso Pianificazione e controllo delle attivit di progettazione e costruzione attrezzature Supervisione delle attivit di testing e sperimentazione Coordinamento del reparto attrezzeria dal punto di vista della programmazione delle attivit Gestione dei rapporti con enti esterni ed interni per le attivit di R&D e omologazione Competenze Tecniche: Diploma tecnico/laurea 5-8 anni di esperienza lavorativa in un ruolo simile Conoscenza delle tecniche e degli strumenti di gestione dei progetti Attitudine alla relazione con il pubblico per conferenze, workshop, webinars internazionali, promozione dei servizi e training Disponibilit ad effettuare trasferte Caratteristiche soft: Pensiero critico e capacit di problem solving capacit decisionale capacit di comunicazione capacit di influenzare e guidare Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese. La conoscenza di altre lingue straniere considerata un plus. Altre Informazioni: Contratto : tempo indeterminato con inquadramento proporzionato ad esperienza e competenze maturate
