Our client is an international Medical Devices Company which is looking for an
Operations Excellence Specialist

  • Measure and understand production process performance, identify opportunities for improvement and standardization and propose improvement actions
  • Drive the Operations optimization program related to process and production technologies, equipment replacement strategy to save costs and improve productivity in order to improve Operations KPIs
  • Deploy the mediumterm Operations roadmap, to ensure integration with product development focusing on the optimization of productivity, labor and costs aiming at cost competitiveness
  • Coordinate new projects implementations in production and crossfunctional activities, creating and maintaining structured project plans, project timelines and projects phases
  • Execute the project activities and tasks up to project closure, ensuring the correct implementation in running

Requirements:


  • University Degree in Management, Industrial, Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
  • 2+ years of professional experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge of Lean concepts, methodology and practices, experience in continuous improvement activities with focus on production topics
  • Strong analytical skills including management of KPIs and reporting experience
  • Strong credibility and influence in the organization, excellent communication skills, ability to lead and manage crossfunctional initiatives and/or projects
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with crossfunctional teams with both technical and scientific topics
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
