Must have solid experience as a Bar Manager, knowledge of drink preparation trends and techniques, Must also know how to handle the numbers for the budget, manage suppliers and must have excellent communication skills, with members of his team and with customers

Fluent in Italian and English a third language is desirable

Must hold an EU passport
