In TDSYNNEX
we are looking for an Internal sales
specialistfor a maternity cover period
.

The specialist will focus on our PC business, will have allocated to account and develop a deep knowledge of portfolio processes and vendors pricing. He/she will have the responsibility of managing quotes and closing orders; and will incentivized based on part of the portfolio-

WHAT YOU WILL DO
-
Generate new business opportunities
by planning outbound calls to customers.

Can have a detailed conversation with customers on product/solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company

Engages in active inside selling
by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities:

-
Manages reporting
and customer backorder
along specialist knowledge and engages in "intelligent project fishing":

Either manages project end-to-end
or hands over to
pre sales for technical requirements**:


  • Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions**:

Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements
with customers:

Attainment of Key Performance Indicators ( KPI's
) such as customer engagement:

-
Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company value proposition**:


  • Develops partner relationship
    (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)

Provides accurate and timely quotations:

-
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system
, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

2 + years of experience:

-
Passion or curiosity towards the IT selling ecosystem.

A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
:

Pro-activeness and motivation to learn and perform in a selling environment:

Understanding of sales processes:
