Join Starhotels and become part of the Reception Team as Night Auditor at our
Hotel Excelsior_ _in the heart of
Bologna.

Since you'll be based at the Front Desk, you'll be an important reference point for guests during the night.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Being the friendly face that responds promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and assistance.
  • Willingness to work during night hours, embracing the night charm.
  • Performing nighttime checkin and checkout routines and ensuring flawless book closings.
  • Efficiently managing guest messages and requests.
  • Staying updated about hotel services, guest needs, and special events.
  • Ensuring lobby and Front Desk standards and safety compliance.
  • Adhering to policies and procedures when working front of house equipment and property management systems.

Exceed expectations revealing:

  • A unique personality and a true passion for hospitality.
  • Familiarity with Opera PMS for efficient operations.
  • 3+ years' experience in 4 or 5star hotels as a Night Porter or Secretary Shift
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate and resolve challenges and complaint resolution finesse.
  • A commitment to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.
  • Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
  • Enthusiasm when being assigned to both individual and teamoriented tasks.
  • Mastery of the local area, enhancing guest experiences.
