Position Summary:

We're looking for a trainee for a project of
Internship Human Resources in
Arco (TN) Italy location.

Internship Goals:

Opportunity to acquire skills in HR department within a multinational company, supporting the HR team in carrying out activities in the following areas: Training, Recruiting, Data Administration and Management, Report Processing.

Skills Acquired:

Company's training process knowledge
Recruiting process knowledge in relation to trainees
Working in a multicultural environment where English knowledge is required to interface with all areas of the company
Priority and time management
Organization
Analytical skills
Problem solving

Starting Requirements:

New Graduate / Graduating Student in Humanities
Economics
Law
English knowledge
Interest in working in a dynamic and international environment

Personal Characteristics:

Excellent interpersonal skills
Office package knowledge
Ability to interact and work within a multifunctional team
Curiosity, proactivity and flexibility
Accuracy and analytical skills**Company Canteen and expense refund (600 euros per month)
