We are a growing team looking for an Account Operator to help us on our journey to revolutionise road freight logistics. You would join our Commercial department, based out of the Milan office and will report to the Team Lead Account Manager.

About The Role


As an Account Operator you will support our commercial team to manage clients' daily communications and handle several operational tasks with the aim to deliver the best quality service to our clients and achieve weekly and monthly targets.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:


  • Communicate with customer operations managers and warehouses operators;
  • Collaborate with our Partner Manager team on a daily basis;
  • Ensure appropriate claim management by registering and collecting all useful information to get to a prompt and accurate resolution;
  • Manage upsell initiatives on a daily basis, and contribute to expand company ́s volumes and revenue;
  • Gather information from different stakeholders, enable smooth processes and accurate data input into our management system;
  • Ensure appropriate claim management by registering and collecting all useful information to get to a prompt and accurate resolution;
  • Work with the finance dept for claim follow up and POD request.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:


  • Experience working directly with clients;
  • Ability to work with data;
  • Great attention to details and a good organizational approach;
  • Problemsolving skills;
  • Ability to understand processes and analyze circumstances;
  • A team player approach;
  • Ability to thrive in an environment where constant change is the norm;
  • Ideally a native level of Italian language and a very good English knowledge.
