MISSION
We are looking for an HR generalist with analytical and communication skills. The intern will support the Industrial Relations Manager & HRBP of the Manufacturing Plant in most of his activities. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills are the key factors for this role.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HRrelated topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflictfree workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Ensure compliance with labor regulations

REQUIREMENTS

University degree in Law, Economics or similar
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Proficiency with MS office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Fluency in of Italian and English (B2 level at least)
Excellent communication and people skills
Problemsolving aptitude
Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
Personal interest for Automotive industry is a plus

This is a paid Internship with a duration of

6 months.
