Description du poste


Main mission:


Be the HRBP for Teleco teams, ensure integration of Teleco into SOMFY HR processes, following an existing HR integration roadmap.


Activities:


  • Deploy HR Cycle at Teleco (progressively, following integration roadmap).
  • Ensure compliant and reliable payroll (that will stay outsourced).
  • Deploys SOMFY HR processes : onboarding, recruitment, comp & ben, mobility, Learning Plan.
  • Definition and implementation of ttraining plan, contributes to the global identification of talents and succession plans.
  • Advise Teleco GM on design of organization.
  • Ensure recruitment for Teleco with support of SOMFY when needed.
  • Plays an active role in the implementation of the organisational model and the "One Somfy One Team" culture.
