ROLE & TEAM


As a Junior IT Helpdesk you will join our super IT Team in providing technical assistance and support related to issues with their computer hardware, software, or other IT systems.


Here below are some examples of your core activities:

  • Respond to service requests via the help desk ticketing system and direct personnel requests for technical support;
  • Perform routine maintenance on all user accounts;
  • Provide support for remote employees and general troubleshooting/resolution;
  • Help manage both laptops and smartphones lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in english (both speaking/writing);
  • Either first hand experience or good knowledge on Office 365 and Microsoft related products;
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic issues on both Windows 10/11 and MacOS;
  • Able to properly identify and escalate issues.
