- Enters and updates personnel master data in the system (on Zucchetti and Sap software), both in manual mode and by means of data acquisition processes
- Performs correctness, squaring and consistency checks of data in the system by means of excel work files
- Performs document matching checks on data acquired in the system
- Prepares monthly and periodic output files and reports pertaining to personnel economic and financial data
- Provides support to administrative activities pertaining to the payroll process and in general to the office of labor cost management and analysis
- Enrollment in protected categories L.68/99
- Diploma or bachelor's degree, preferably in economics
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel using pivot tables and vlookup functions
- Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- A cooperative approach with the stakeholders
- Accuracy and good analytical skills
- Confidentiality in data management
- Past experience of Human Resources data entry preferred
