As Control Tower Manager you'll be in charge of the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational team to execute the planning of the logistics operations (inbound, warehousing, outbound), optimizing the customers' satisfaction;
  • Effective production planning capabilities both for B2B (retailers deliveries) and B2C ( estore deliveries) in general and particularly in the management of peaks ( i

e:
new productlaunch, special promotions, etc.)

  • Transportation planning express / dedicated services and ecommerce specific deliveries ( both for parcel deliveries and bulky products for home deliveries).
Analyze weekly KPI reports and rolling forecast to monitor the operational performance, identifying and implementing action needed to improve both quality and efficiencies;Requisiti:


  • A Bachelor/Master degree
  • 68 years working experience as Operations Manager
  • Knowledgeofall ecommerceaspects
  • A proficientlevelofEnglish
  • ExperiencewithERP, TMS & WMSsystems
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Abletowork in a multinationalenvironmentwithdifferentcultures
  • Strong communicationskills
