Solaris Biotechnology, a Donaldson brand under Life Science & Special Application that Designs and Manufactures Bioprocessing equipment, including Bioreactors, Fermenters, and Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF) systems for R&D and production purposes.

We are currently looking for a Supervisor Warehouse.

The position will be based in Porto Mantovano.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Continuous interface with the staff of the shipping warehouse, in shipping instructions and documentations
Responsibility in booking and subsequent management of goods collections (in/out)
Responsibility of warehouse inventory amounts
Entering and processing goods receipts into Oracle EBS R12 system in a correct and efficient way in order to allow Operations to handle projects professionally
Management of spaces and production areas to keep an orderly and effiecient work environment
Supervise EHS activities to allow a proper support under EHS field
Facility management
Ability to recognize and resolve equipment problems promptly to minimize the effect on production schedules

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Secondary school Diploma or Bachelor degree
Experience gained in shipping, logistics areas
Experience in facility and manufacturing machine operations field
Experience in using Oracle R12 system
Knowledge of MS Office packages and Outlook
Italian and English fluent
Flexibility, ability to multitask, to manage time and to adopt to changes
Proactive attitude and ability to take decisions when necessary
Ability to use forklifts and their suitability for driving are welcome.
