What you will do

We are dedicated to optimizing our human resources systems and processes to empower our workforce and drive organizational success.

We are seeking a skilled Specialist HR Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead strategic initiatives in HR system management and optimization.

As HR Systems Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our HR systems' performance, functionality, and strategic alignment with organizational objectives.

You will be responsible for HR platforms, particularly focusing on Docebo, with a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects, as well as their strategic implications.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and other stakeholders, to drive the successful implementation, enhancement, and integration of HR systems.

Main Activities

Support HR systems, with a focus on Docebo, ensuring optimal functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
Support the evaluation, selection, and implementation of HR system enhancements, upgrades, and integrations to meet evolving business needs.
Develop and maintain expertise in HR platform capabilities, best practices, and industry trends to inform strategic decisionmaking and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define system requirements, design solutions, and oversee implementation, testing, and deployment activities.
Develop and deliver training, documentation, and support materials to enable effective system adoption and utilization across the organization.
Monitor system performance, usage metrics, and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive ongoing optimization initiatives.

What you need to succeed

Must Have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field;
1+ year(s) of experience in Docebo.
Proven knowledge of HR platforms, including configuration, customization, integration, and administration.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Strong resilience, ability to challenge status quo, initiate and drive continuous change, and a spirit of evolution
Fluent English Language

Nice to have

Knowledge of additional HR systems (Workday) preferred. We could provide ad hoc training on Workday as well for specific projects and modules.
