MISSION He/she will manage field sales operations and governance across the Region, plus all aspects of supply chain, product production and distribution planning.

Ensure the achievements of key targets (volumes, market share and margins) related to the Fleet & Used business in the EMEA perimeter, in cooperation with Region Fleet & Used Sales Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Timely monitor and analyze production and distribution to prevent impacts on achievement of sales targets Monitor Markets orders in terms of quantity and mix Monitor Option Take rate of all Markets Identify areas of risk and opportunity within existing company sales plans and provide timely information to the Sales Team Monitor and report stock positions to avoid/control aging issues Develop forecasting and market reporting tools on an ongoing basis Monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to front line staff and senior management in the form of written reports, presentations that enable decision-making and keep the organization aligned on business environment Compile the PO (Operative Program) for the Regionand for all single Markets Be the main point of reference towards the Headquarter in Italy for all planning/ordering related matters Negotiate and manage customer agreements and uphold the relationships with Key Customers (Companies, RAC, Long Term Rental) in term of volumes, financial conditions and logistics planning (delivery, buy back) Monitor used car stock Monitor profitability of RAC channels and manage residual value Implement Marketing and Used Campaigns Support dealers in buildup and growth of their local fleet & used business In coordination with the regional targets, ensure consistency between New and Used Vehicles sales Strategically lead turnaround and growth on Pure Fleet as opposed to RAC and Demo / Km0 channel REQUIREMENTS The position requires a balance of:

Technical skills, to deal with the network of B2B customers, to design/interpret the reporting of volumes in order to reach the profit target Commercial skills, to negotiate, set and achieve the Sales and Profit targets discussed with market and each single dealer Managerial skills, to coordinate all the markets for reaching the sales volumes targets Degree in Economics or Engineering Previous experience within the following industries:
Automotive, Agriculture, Consultancy Experience in Sales Commercial, Aftersales Commercial International experience as a welcome plus Full proficiency in Italian, fluency in English (C1 level) Literacy with the MS Office/Google Suite Expected soft skills:
