You are responsible for

  • Building personalized offers for customers, fitting their specific needs and wants
  • Construction and presentation of a strategy for our main clients
  • Relationship with the agencies and with the sales representatives
  • Being aware of the fast evolution of the channel and proposing new ideas
  • Responding to customers' queries in a timely and professional manner

You are a part of
You will join the Sales team within the Personal Health department. You will work alongside and under the supervision of the Loyalty & Incentives Manager.


To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Communication and problem solving skills. Ability to cooperate with other functions in the organization
  • Educational level: Bachelor's or Master degree or equivalent in Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Speaking, understanding and writing fluently in English and Italian
  • Being precise and attentive to details
  • Entrepreneurship, proactiveness in coming up with ideas on how to improve our processes
