Liu Jo Men's Collection is currently looking for a Sales Assistant for its store in via Toledo, Naples.

SALES ASSISTANT LIU JO UOMO TOLEDO - ENGLISH SPEAKER:

WHO YOU ARE
Previous experience in the position, gained in a very customer service focused environment;
Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
Strong dexterity and creativity, in order to guarantee an excellent customer experience;
Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented
Fluent in Italian and English.
Capacity to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment;
Good team player

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provide the best in store client experience.
Achieve personal and team sales goals.
Engage with customers to maintain long-term relationships to promote Brand loyalty.
Guarantee after-sales service following company standards in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collect and update customer information to ensure an efficient use of CRM and Client Book;
Keep stock info updated and follow store-to
- store transfer request procedures.
