- Drive programmes to improve equipment specifications and designs
- Willingness to travel within the covered region
- Education to a degree level and ASPP or RSPP certified
- Professional training in a technical profession
- Experience managing projects and complying with Health and Safety legislation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Experience with Lean, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies
- Qualifications in sustainability
- Effective communication skills
- Membership in a Human Resources industry body
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
