JOB DESCRIPTION
This person will contribute to build a strong KPI culture underlying effectiveness and efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Performance Analysis: monitor and analyze sales performance by processing and interpreting data related to sales activities. Identify trends and provide insights to enhance the effectiveness of sales forces.
  • Data Processing and Management: collect, process, and manage data related to sales activities using analytical tools and information systems. Generate periodic reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Planning and Forecasting: Collaborate with various business functions to develop sales plans based on the analysis of historical data and market trends. Contribute to define realistic and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Resource Optimization: Evaluate the allocation of sales resources to maximize the efficiency and effectiveness of commercial activities. Identify opportunities to optimize sales territories and improve market coverage.
  • Sales Training and Support: Provide analytical support to sales teams to enhance their skills and optimize market penetration strategies. Collaborate with the sales team to implement new processes or initiatives based on data.
  • Sales Personnel Performance Evaluation: Develop key metrics to assess individual and team performance of sales forces. Recommend corrective or improvement actions based on assessment results.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly communicate analysis results and provide updates to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with involved business functions to ensure effective communication and synergistic cooperation.

COMPETENCIES

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or a related fields (MBA is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
  • Resultsoriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets. Previous experience as an SFE analyst or related roles in the Consumer Health Care Industry.
  • Proficiency in using analytical tools and data processing software, in particular knowledge of Power BI software
  • Knowledge of the Consumer Health Care industry and understanding of market dynamics.
  • Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills.
  • Resultsoriented with the ability to work in a team.
  • Fluency in English
