Jr Product Manager - Washing

The challenge

What you will do

Responsible for the management and the development of washing product portfolio.- Responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:

Business case definition and validation
Definition of technical specifications
Launch plan definition
Value proposition
Phase in /out strategy
Analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.
Analyse sellin and sellout data in order to detect the right business opportunities.
Constantly collaborate with R&D, Costs, Purchase, Factories, Central Planning and Logistic department along all the development process
Constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics.
Support business managers and markets in the definition of lineup and in removing business roadblocks if related to product.
Support in project management and implementation of product roadmap

What you need to succeed

Must have

Technical approach with a natural talent and attitude for problem solving.

Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks.

Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance

Education:_ Degree/Master, preferred area Marketing / Economics / Engineering

Professional Experience: _At least 2/3 years of experience in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands.
Languages: _English and Italian, both written and spoken. Other languages are a plus
Soft skills: _Fast, reliable, autonomous, wellorganized with great skills in communication and team leadership

Nice to have

MBA/Master in Marketing, Economics or Engineering

Previous experience preferable in BTC

Experience in industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, is a plus.
