The On Premise Manager Specialist (OPMS) is a national role that focuses on the development and implementation of the Red Bull brand image and the increase of the Red Bull share of mind in the On Premise environment (bars, night clubs, cafès).
The OPMS is a strong collaborator, interfacing with all key stakeholders to maximise impact and leverage of major On Premise image building and consumption driving initiatives, ensuring availability, visibility and activation of Red Bull at the POS.
The OPMS is a key contributor to the annual On Premise marketing business plan, deriving actionable insights and developing strategies and tactics.
RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:Have a "can-do" attitude and talk about opportunities instead of challenges. Be an active ambassador for the Red Bull brand and product. Responsible for executing and adapting the international marketing guidelines according to the market needs. Driving brand awareness and consumption. SupportOn Premise sales department to implement marketing tools and concepts. Track and measure the national on premise marketing strategy and initiatives for different accounts, outlets and events.
Build a strong network with external agencies, key influencers, national decision makers, event organizers and the local scene searching for new collaboration opportunities.
Implement international format events and strategies in national territory, setting all the details, controlling budget and analyzing performance. Responsible for the creation, coordination and approval of tailor-made installations.EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
2 years of experience in marketing roles in a commercial environment. Experience in On Premise (Horeca) channel is preferred. Strong project management skills required. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment. High planning, prioritisation and organisational ability. Excellent communication, negotiation and active listening. University degree in Marketing or Communications. Native in Italian language. Fluent in English language. Travel 30-40% Permanent
