We are a growing team looking for new people to join our Operations department as Carrier Manager (Disponente Ufficio Traffico) who have 1 to 5 years of experience in domestic or international transportation management and are willing to embrace the challenge of a journey to revolutionize road freight logistics.

About The Role


As a Carrier Manager (Disponente Ufficio Traffico) you'll work on interesting responsibilities like: own the relationships with carriers in order to help stabilize our rapid growth.

You'll be collaborating closely with the principal of operations, the ops, finance and quality teams to ensure the best transport service and quality.


IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:


  • Manage the daytoday operations activities while supervising our daily transports in Italy / foreign and handling all arising inquiries from carriers;
  • Expand our carrier network within Italy / foreign by identifying and on boarding key partners;
  • Mitigate criticalities and develop solutions in order to implement current processes;
  • Use knowledge of partner activity to identify opportunities and offer solutions.

PREFERABLY YOU HAVE:


  • 15 years experience in full truck load transport by road and fleet management (preferable in Line Haul);
  • Organizational skills with a great attention to details;
  • A problem solver approach, quick thinking as well as an entrepreneurial and proactive mindset;
  • Ideally a native level of Italian language and a very good English knowledge;
  • Confidence in using data and ability to analyze and track key metrics.
