Descrizione del posto (Mansioni)Sales Assistant - Torino Outlet - PT 24h
Main duties:
To provide a consistent and exceptional standard of customer service in the Turin Importante Azienda Outlet.
The Role:
- To maximise sales for the Outlet;
- To developenduring relationships with clients;
- To provide product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer requests;
- To approach customers and offer them advice and support on products to persuade them to buy;
- To manage promotional allowance, rebate, and pricing discrepancies by researching promotion details and regular and special prices;
- To understand and be able to advise customers on smart professional dress and appearance;
- To resolve order and inventory problems by investigating data and history;
- To handle returns of merchandise;
- To maintain a clean and orderly environment in the Outlet at the highest standard;
- To support the team on the general operations of the Importante Azienda Outlet;
- To arrange merchandise on shelves according to popularity and other criteria;
- To operate cash registers and close daily revenues;
- To maintain customer database by inputting customer profiles and updates;
- To go the "extra mile" to meet targets.
Experience - 4 years as Sales Assistant, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry;
Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving;
Proactivity, flexibility and result orientation;
Good stress management, flexibility and adaptability;
Fluent in English (written & spoken) is essential.
