Pfizer is hiring a Passionate and Talented P&R Strategy Manager in the Pricing & Reimbursement Strategy Department.
The primary responsibility of this function is to contribute to the development and the implementation of pricing and reimbursement strategies for in line and pipeline products through a constant monitoring of regulatory changes and macroeconomics and competitive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Support the supervisor in the development of pricing & reimbursement local strategies providing ad hoc analysis and data (i.e. macroeconomic data, laws, regulations, competitive analysis SWOT analysis) in collaboration with the concerned functions (Commercial &
- Collect and develop appropriate documents to support price proposals for new products, line extensions and biosimilars according to the International Pricing Strategy.
- Elaborate and submit all the documents together with the P&R dossier, required for the negotiation of new products or line extensions within the planned deadlines.
- Develop, based on P&R scenario analysis, competitive and regulation dynamics, evaluations and assumptions to support the BU's and Finance Dept in the planning process (Operating Plan).
- Share within cross functional teams, evaluations about the potential of products in the pipeline (Phase II and Phase III) providing pricing analysis and elaborating P&R negotiation scenarios.
- Develop ad hoc analysis aimed to support access initiatives developed within H&V organization and commercial teams both at national and regional/ local level.
- Support, as reference point, Global H&V Teams with regard to pricing issues/competitive product analysis providing support for the development of the international pricing strategies highlighting country specific opportunities and risks.

Qualifications:
Education:
University degree (scientific field preferred)
Experience:
- Ideally 5 years' experience in the pharmaceutical sector and almost 2
- Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market: products and
- Familiarity with P&R basic rules.
- Knowledge of Pfizer portfolio.
- Fluent English.
